Dr. Creelman- Medical Director
Dr. Creelman is the Medical Director of the clinic and a long-standing figure of leadership and trust in our practice. Known for his consistent, caring, and straightforward approach, he has guided both patients and colleagues with professionalism and compassion throughout his career.
While he is no longer seeing patients, Dr. Creelman continues to support the clinic through his medical oversight, mentorship, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care. His steady presence and dedication help ensure that every patient receives the thoughtful, high-quality care the clinic is known for.
Outside of work, Dr. Creelman enjoys playing golf and spending Sunday evenings with his family. As he steps back from daily clinical practice, he looks forward to enjoying more time with loved ones and pursuing the hobbies that bring him balance and joy.
Dori Williams NP - Healthcare Provider
Dori Williams is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to uncovering the root cause of illness and helping patients achieve optimal wellness through integrative, whole-person care. She holds a master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health and a Masters in Family Practice Nursing, blending evidence-based medicine with alternative modalities and the belief that nutrition is medicine.
Dori is passionate about microbiome health and its connection to chronic conditions and has a special interest in hormone optimization. She loves primary care because it allows her to integrate functional and integrative medicine into every patient encounter, helping individuals feel truly seen and supported.
Known for her curiosity and compassion, Dori takes pride in listening deeply and exploring all possibilities for healing.
Outside of her clinical work, Dori is a homeschool mom who loves exploring the outdoors with her seven dogs and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and thrift store shopping.

Tessa - Office Manager
Tessa is a woman of many talents who has been the heart of our clinic for over 20 years. As our office manager, she is a true team player who leads by example. She consistently supports every member of the clinic, encouraging them to grow, learn, and reach their full potential. Her steady presence and deep knowledge of the clinic’s operations have made her an indispensable part of what keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She approaches every situation with a genuine desire to make things easier for both patients and staff.
Outside of work, Tessa is a trivia queen, a devoted cat mama (and human mama), a lover of good music and football, and an amazing cook. Whether she’s cheering for her favorite team, whipping up a new recipe, or sharing a laugh with coworkers, Tessa’s warmth and enthusiasm leave a lasting impression on everyone she meets. Her dedication to the clinic and its patients reflects her genuine care for people and her unwavering commitment to excellence.
Dianne - Nursing
Dianne is a dedicated and compassionate nurse who has been an integral part of our clinic for over 11 years. A fluent Tagalog speaker from the Philippines, Dianne is known for her exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and deep commitment to her patients’ well-being. She is always challenging herself to learn new skills and works hard to provide the highest quality of care to every patient she serves.
Outside of work, Dianne is a proud single mom who will do anything for her son. She finds joy in baking, hiking, skincare, and all things healing and good vibes. Dianne believes deeply in the importance of self-care and balance, bringing that same sense of calm and compassion into her work with patients.
Andrea- Lab
Andrea is our hardworking and dedicated lab technician who brings warmth, humor, and genuine care to everything she does. She truly cares about making patients feel comfortable in the lab and ensuring that the morning runs smoothly for everyone. With an inquisitive mind, Andrea is always thinking about the why and how behind what she does. She takes pride in learning and finding the best ways to do things efficiently and correctly, ensuring quality care for patients.
Outside of work, Andrea finds joy in staying active and exploring new places. Whether she’s hitting the gym, planning her next trip, or spending cherished time with her granddaughter, she approaches life with the same energy and positivity she brings to the clinic each day. Her warmth and lively spirit make her someone everyone loves to be around, both in and out of work.
Colleen - Billing
Colleen is our billing extraordinaire and a cornerstone of the clinic’s daily operations. She brings empathy, determination, and a genuine care for others to everything she does. Colleen goes above and beyond to ensure patients experience smooth and timely billing for their visits—often staying late to help someone get set up with insurance or patiently working through a complicated claim.
She’s always brainstorming new ways to make the clinic run more efficiently and is quick to lend a hand wherever needed. Whether she’s answering phones, calling in prescriptions, or troubleshooting a billing issue, Colleen’s reliability and compassion shine through.
Outside of work, Colleen enjoys getting cozy at home, cuddling her cats while watching a good show, finding great deals on cute shoes, and spending time with her family.
Shyla- Front Desk
Shyla is the friendly face that greets everyone who walks through our doors. As the first point of contact for patients, she brings warmth, humor, and genuine kindness to each interaction. Her bubbly personality and quick wit help put people at ease, often bringing a smile to those who aren’t feeling their best.
She keeps the clinic running smoothly by keeping us organized, addressing patient needs quickly and efficiently, and ensuring that every detail at the front desk flows seamlessly. Whether she’s checking patients in, answering calls, or helping coordinate schedules, she does it all with enthusiasm and care.
Outside of work, Shyla enjoys football, long walks on the beach, doing hair, and laughing with friends. Her fun-loving nature and easy sense of humor make her an essential part of the team and a bright presence in the clinic each day.
